Now the question is, what kind of a year will it be for real estate...at least in the Coachella Valley.  I don't have the final year end numbers yet but I can tell you the Palm Springs Sales Production Volume for November 2010-  Windermere sold $17 million this month and had 26% of the market share, far surpassing 2nd place Coldwell Banker with $4.5 million and 8% of the market.

Avg. List Price is $314,982, Avg. Sales Price is $292,920, DOM 105

Windermere Real Estate Coachella Valley Milestone- We will end the year w/ over 1BILLION DOLLARS in Sales!

I hope to have the final year end numbers this week after our weekly meeting and will report as soon as I do....Last year Windermere came in at over $900 Million.

Lots of people here in town for 2 big events...the International Film Festival that just ended and the Bob Hope Classic just now starting.  Every agent I know that's been holding open houses is having record turn outs.

Question: Currently, what is the most expensive residential property for sale in the Coachella Valley?
