There has been a lot of buzz since yesterday, 8/25/10, when the national housing sales numbers for July came out all over the news outlets. Remember that the 27% drop in housing sales for July is a nationwide number and does not accurately reflect our local market.
The good news is that Windermere Coachella Valley sales figures are up 18% this month compared to last August.
