Did you know that right now inventory in the mls for the coachella valley is 4994 units. A little over a week ago, 7/24 it was 5089. That is a drop of almost 100 units in a week! How can that be and prices are still not skyrocketing? In 2007-2008 we hit highs of 9500 units!
