MLS areas 332,334 only (Central & South Palm Springs): 1^st Quarter REOs 30%, Short-Sales 8% ;  2^nd Quarter REOs 25%, Short-Sales 9% ; 3^rd Quarter REOs 28%, Short-Sales 14% ;  Year-to-Date ending Oct 31^st REOs 27%, Short-Sales 11%.

It appears that Palm Springs continues “bucking the trends”. The numbers have remained consistent. The majority of sales continue to be standard/conventional Sellers here in Palm Springs.
