Palm Springs #1 in state for median home price increase!

As reported in USA Today, Palm Springs is #1 out of the top 10 cities in California with the greatest median home price increase for August 2010 with a whopping 60.5 percent increase!  #2 was Coronado at 56.6% and #3 was Rohnert Park at 31.5%.  Considering August is also one of the hottest months of the year, it's obvious weather wasn't the only thing sizzling!!!
