Welcome 2012

Well we all made it through 2011 and it's been quite a year in Real Estate. The market continue to be excellent for buyers given the historically low prices and interest rates But I will have all year to tell you about it and give you the statistics as they come in over the months ahead. In the meantime, I thought I'd just start out the New Year with a picture of beautiful Palm Springs and Mount San Jacinto just as a reminder that everyday here is truly a New Wonderful Day.
